D-chiro-inositol

Found in these foods: Legumes, fruits, and vegetables. Involved in mediating the action of insulin and aiding healthy ovarian function.

Myo-inositol

Found in these foods: Fruits, beans, grains, and nuts. Involved in messaging for key hormones (e.g. FSH).

Alpha-lactalbumin (whey milk protein)

Found in these foods: Cow’s milk and human breast milk (colostrum). Improves gut microbiome and absorption of certain proteins.

Methylfolate (5-MTHF)

Found in these foods:
Asapragus, spinach, lentils, brussel sprouts, oranges, avocado

Methylfolate is the biologically active form of folate (vitamin B9) that your body can use directly without the need for conversion.
