Cancellations and Returns

If you change your mind

We will accept complete, undamaged boxes of product for refund, up to 28 days from date of order.

Refunds will be processed within five working days of receipt at Health Medica.

To initiate your returns process, please email our team with your order number, at support@fertilityfamily.co.uk.

If there are problems

(e.g. damaged product or incorrect orders)

Please email details, including your order number, to our team at support@fertilityfamily.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

We will email or call you to arrange for a replacement or refund and to discuss the return.

Please DO NOT return damaged or incorrect orders UNTIL you have heard back from our customer care team.
