Cancellations and Returns
If you change your mind
We will accept complete, undamaged boxes of product for refund, up to 28 days from date of order.
Refunds will be processed within five working days of receipt at Health Medica.
Please pack the goods so that they are not damaged in transit and include details of your name, post code, order number and daytime contact number in the parcel before sending to:

If there are problems
(e.g. damaged product or incorrect orders)
Please email details, including your order number, to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
We will email or call you to arrange for a replacement or refund and to discuss the return.
Please DO NOT return damaged or incorrect orders UNTIL you have heard back from our customer care team.
