Inofolic^® AlphaPlus

This will be only my second month on these so I need to wait to the recommended 3rd month to leave a fair review. No results yet but I am pleased I’ve had zero stomach issues which taking them. Previously I was put on metformin which made me feel awful so I am really pleasantly surprised that these have no negative digestion effects. Will continue to trial.

Quick delivery and I liked that these are tablet form so handy if you don’t have time to make up a drink.

After not having a period since June 2023 and testing other inositol supplements not knowing the correct ratio having no luck, I then found this product. With it being top rated I thought would be best. Experienced tender boobs within 2 weeks and cramping and on day 25 my period returned! So thankful I found this. Looking forward to continuing this.

After trying to get pregnant for 5 years, I am finally pregnant! I have only been taking Inopholic Alpha Plus for a little over 2 months. Would 100% recommend!!

I left a review a few months ago to say how my periods were so much better after being on the tablets. I am now 19 weeks pregnant with a baby we thought we would have to go through fertility treatment to have. We are so happy and without the tablets my body wouldn’t have regulated itself. I am still taking the tablets throughout pregnancy.

It works! After 9 years ttc 3 failed ivf cycles and a diagnosis of pcos and unexplained infertility we are 20 weeks pregnant! I could not recommend this product enough! ( I had been on the inofolic sachets for years previously) but swapped to inofolic plus and got pregnant 4 months after starting it. Genuinely believe that without this product, we wouldn’t be in this situation. ( I’ve also lost alot of inflammation fat/swelling) 5* brilliant product.

I was recommended inofolic alpha many years ago by my ivf doctor (around 2015) but unfortunately found it did nothing for me; despite many women having positive outcomes taking this supplement. Fast forward several years I am preparing to do IVF again and found inositols being recommended for pcos egg quality everywhere online and decided I’d try again. Instinctively, I came right back to fertility family as the company had been recommended by my consultant many years prior. This is when I found inofolic alpha plus had been introduced, offering a combination of myo inositol and d-chiro inositol in a 40.1 ratio. The studies I had read online suggested this was the best and most effective combination, so I decided to give inofolic alpha plus a try; despite my bmi being under 25. Wow, am I glad I did.! I ovulated, which was rare for me, after only two weeks taking the capsules.. safe to say I was amazed! I then went on to ovulate in 3 out of 4 cycles taking this supplement. At the age of 35, this had never happed before.! I had seen another brand, sold in the USA, being advertised online containing a higher dose of myo and d-chiro inositol, still in a 40:1 ratio and impulsively thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, this product did not help me to ovulate and seemed to give me acne. After less than two months I decided it was not working for me when comparing results to inofolic alpha plus, so decided not to waste anymore time and proceed to go back to alpha plus capsules. Having started taking them again for only a couple of weeks, I went for a baseline scan at my fertility clinic and was told that that I had not just one, but two, dominant follicles on day 10 of my cycle.! I ovulated days later (my current cycle writing this review). I have not got pregnant during this time but this supplement is clearly having a positive impact and I can only assume it is improving my hormone profile and quality of my eggs. I am due to start my IVF cycle in the coming week and hope to produce high quality embryos that will ultimately give my husband and I the best chance at success. I honestly can’t recall ever writing a review for anything in my life but felt compelled to share my experience with inofolic alpha plus; hopefully, by doing other women will try this product and share the same positive experience.!

Amazing! When making the decision to TTC I lacked insight on what my cycles were like completely. When I started to track my cycle… My first cycle was 57 days long, after reading up on why this was I suspected I had PCOS so reduced sugars and improved my diet. GP referred me for a scan which never came through. My second cycle reduced to 50 days so after looking into the benefits of myo inositol I decided to try these (so happy I did!). I started taking these on the first day of my third cycle and I believe this reduced my cycle to 35 days.. ovulating on day 20 opposed to day 46 on my first cycle. Fourth cycle I ovulated on day 18 and had a BFP on day 30. Absolutely over the moon with this product and would definitely recommend!

After not having a period for over 2 years due to being on the Contraceptive injection for 18 months, I wanted to try anything to get my periods back. I had scans/blood tests etc and it was determined that I had cystic ovaries. Due to wanting to try for a baby I read up on supplements and trusted the process, ordered a 3 month supply. I have been taking inofolic plus for a little over 3 weeks, and I got a period this morning. I am so over the moon and it’s a step in the right direction for my fertility journey. I did miss a few doses which just amazes me even more! Highly recommend this stuff ❤️✨
