Inofolic AlphaPlus has a unique patented formulation of myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol in an ideal 40:1 ratio. I have been taking this for 3 months now, it is a really nice product and the capsules are easy to swallow haven’t noticed any difference yet my periods have not returned as a woman with pcos this was the main goal for me but im hopeful that they will return, I do have more energy and feel alot better. It’s been only a week of taking the Inofolic plus . My period isn’t back yet though but I have seen some changes. For example, reduced constipation, swelling in my left ankle has reduced significantly, no blurry vision, reduced tiredness, reduced tummy and face bloating . Dear Samina. Thank you for your review. Please rest assured a pharmacokinetic study has shown that the blood levels when taking a liquid capsule of 0.6g of myo-inositol is not significantly different to the blood level achieved when taking a 2g powder sachet of myo-inositol. This is because the absorption of myo-inositol from the patented soft-gel capsule formulation, is much more efficient than that of a powder. We hope this is helpful and offers a more convenient solution.

It’s hard for me to comment as I’ve only taken them for a week however I am experiencing mild headaches, I read this can be a side effect but I’m going to stick it out for 3-months to see if I see any improvement with my periods/hopefully falling pregnant. 5 stars as the packaging is lovely, delivery is always so quick & the tablets are easy to swallow and do not taste foul like lots of other supplements out there.
