I first started taking inofolic to help regulate my periods and to help with ovulation as I have pcos. Within 2 months of taking inofolic, my periods returned and I was able to track ovulation and could see that I was ovulating! So ive been taking this supplement for two months and i was taking this because i have pcos and i wanted to regulate my periods. The month of January i had no period and i was extremely concerned but thought it was due to long cycles however i am pregnant. Delivery always prompt, but too soon to say if it’s working or not. Have taken it for 3 months and I can’t see any significant changes in my cycle, but my doctor said it can take up to 6 months to see a change.
