After two miscarriages (one chemical), him a low sperm DNA fragmentation, and a morphology of 3%.
If we’re already spending hundreds on my meds to elevated NK cells to prevent further loss/implantation failure, then Impryl is a no-brainer— it’s pricier than other supplements, but for £15 extra it’s worth it in our opinion maximise our chances!

My husband has been taking for 3 and a half months now and we still haven’t conceived. He has low motility (42%) and 2% morphology. He will continue to take in hopes of a positive pregnancy test. I really hope it works though as its not cheap!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years both naturally and through IVF. After no success, my husband started taking this at the end of December 2024 and I fell pregnant in January. Unfortunately it did end in miscarriage but it’s the first time I have ever been pregnant before and I really think it’s because of Impryl. We are now going to both take them and see what happens!

I began using Impryl after being advised to use it prior to IVF due to a low sperm count. My partner is now pregnant after our first round of IVF. The clinic did notice a change is my count too.

I have just seen a review about not paring this product with vitamin C, CoQ10 and god knows what else. Why on earth would you not have this in bold letters on the packing when most people buying this product are most likely on every vitamin under the sun trying to conceive. 4 months down the train as now need to cut out the other vitamins. These are costing us over £100 a month, I think they can afford to inform their customers a bit better. Not happy at all.

We took impryl through our second ivf cycle and welcomed our beautiful boy to the world almost 18 months ago. I’m taking again pre another embryo transfer to hopefully have another successful pregnancy!

Have been taking for 6 months, didn’t help us with egg quality unfortunately, same results as before, but I’ve been taking ubiquinol (COQ10) and vitamin C the entire time not knowing it stops Impryl from doing it’s thing! It does not state this on the Impryl page or packaging I had to find out from a forum to which I then confirmed with an Impryl Google search! 6 months of £45 down the drain!
May work for others when not taking vitamin C or COQ10.

Thank you for raising this and for enabling us to respond to you directly regarding your specific circumstances.
This information below can currently be found on the FAQs section of our website and is included in post purchase emails to customers.
We strongly discourage taking Impryl® alongside strong direct antioxidants such as vitamin C, CoQ10 and selenium. These substances may induce ‘reductive stress’ that may negate the benefit of Impryl®. Impryl® enables your body to provide all the natural antioxidant support you need. But it’s fine to take vitamin D, Inofolic Alpha and omega 3 fatty acids alongside Impryl®.

We were recommended to take these by our IVF nurse.
She explained that they’re the best supplements around for conceiving. So we’re happy to give it a try!

Had 5 rounds of IVF taking Proceive and all failed. Took impryl for 3 months and conceived naturally with one try – unfortunately resulted in a miscarriage but I think this is the reason I managed to get pregnant so I would definitely recommend it.
