I had problems with having initially no periods and then very long infrequent cycles following stopping hormonal contraception in order to try to start a family. I started taking Inofolic Alpha and in a few months I started to have cycles more often and then much more regularly. Through combining this with charting BBT I was able to fall pregnant, and now have my gorgeous baby boy.
