After 3 months of taking Inofolic I started to ovulate. Confirmed through BBT and blood tests. My PCOS symptoms, such as painful periods, eased too. I feel like the supplement has completely changed my life and opened up my chances of pregnancy after years of thinking I couldn’t do this naturally. The sachets are so easy to use and the contents odour/tasteless so very easy to have each day.
