Having PCOS I struggled with insulin resistance, especially sugar cravings and crashes. Once I got in a routine with taking Inofolic and monitoring my sugar intake I found my cravings were significantly reduced, and I felt much more energised by not having slumps after sugar. It made eating healthier easier and also gave me more energy to be more active. When I managed to get pregnant (through IVF) I was high risk for gestational diabetes, but I think due to continuing with Inofolic and the good habits it gave me, I was able to avoid this serious complication and have a healthy pregnancy!
