Taking Inofolic Alpha has reduced and regulated my cycle length to between 33 and 37 days which is incredible since I could go several months between bleeds prior to taking it. Such an easy and relatively inexpensive way to get peace of mind and more opportunities to get pregnant. I would 100% recommend this supplement to anyone suffering with infrequent and irregular menstrual cycles.
