I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and hypothyroidism and as I result I have an irregular cycle (100 days+), these are both very challenging conditions for fertility. Prior to using Inofolic Alpha my ovaries attempted to ovulate only once during a 6 month period, I started the product at the end of November 2021 and only 5 weeks later in January I have ovulated, hooray! And that was with occasionally forgetting to take it, I will continue to take it as I believe it works
