I started taking Inofolic Alpha after a recommendation from a fertility clinic. It helped within 2/3 months, my cycle became regular again. I luckily fell pregnant after 3 months. I found that it also helped with my mood and I fell very balanced when taking it. I noticed this more so when I stopped taking it, my mood would just crash and my brain felt a little foggy! But taking them again I noticed that I was thinking clearer with in 2 weeks. It’s worth taking just for that in my opinion.
