I knew I had PCOS before we started trying. With irregular cycles, I had no idea how often i was ovulating, or even if i was ovulating at all. While we waited to see a specialist, which took quite a long time, I was recommended to try Inofolic along with some diet changes to see if I could regulate my cycles and understand them a little bit better. I was frustrated and nervous that I might never ovulate, never mind conceive, which was frustrating and nerve wracking. Altogether, I took Inofolic Alpha for around 6 months and although it took us almost 11 months to conceive altogether, I’m sure that taking Inofolic helped regulate things, giving us a much higher chance across the year. I liked that it didnt’ taste of anything and dissolved easily in water. We now have a lovely 5 month old baby boy. At the time of taking Inofolic, i couldn’t imagine holding my own baby in my arms – but here we are! I’d recommend anybody struggling with PCOS or irregular cycles to try Inofolic Alpha.
