Following two missed miscarriages and an ultrasound which suggested border line polycystic ovaries, my GP suggested I take Inofolic to help improve my egg quality. Within 3 months, I was pregnant with my daughter! I continued taking Inofolic however at 8 weeks could no longer keep it down due to morning sickness. If I’d known it could help with controlling blood sugars I would’ve continued trying to take it as I developed gestational diabetes at 16 weeks. Luckily I managed to control the GD with my diet but it was super hard work. When trying for our second baby, we started to take Inofolic and Impryl as soon we began to try conceiving to give us the best chance possible of a healthy pregnancy. Once again within 3 months I was pregnant with my little boy. This time I kept taking the Inofolic throughout my pregnancy and to my surprise, did not develop GD which is highly unusual given I had it the first time round and was high risk. I really do believe that without Inofolic I would not have my beautiful babies and it was the Inofolic that helped to keep my blood sugars under control second time round. I whole heartedly recommend it to anyone that is trying for a baby to give themselves the best chance possible of a healthy pregnancy.
