When I came off the contraceptive pill to start my fertility treatment, my periods were all over the place. This made it difficult to track any cycles to know when to start treatment. The Inofolic and then Inofolic Alpha regulated my periods for the first time in my life, without the use of the contraceptive pill, so I was able to know exactly when I was due a period, and therefore able to start treatment.
